Fix nervous with service

When we start preparing a presentation, the default problem we seek to solve is an answer to the question "What am I going to say?".

A better question to answer might be "how can I help you?"

That leads to further questions like "who exactly is going to be in the room?", and "what problems do they have that I can help them with?".

This is particularly useful because it begins the whole process with the right orientation: one that puts you in service.

Strange as it may seem, this can help you avoid getting nervous when you're about to step on stage.
