Talk like a leader

Thanks to my role as a mentor in the Thought Leaders community, and being married to a book publisher, I have the enormous good fortune of having a 'business bookshelf' absolutely chock full of books written by my friends.

Today, I launch an experiment to share a few thoughts about such books. The intent is not to create a book review; more to share an insight or two that I've gleaned from the book that I feel others may find helpful.
