Experiment: Whatever you do for work, consider growing your personal brand as a process of self-actualisation.

Building a personal brand for esteem, money, recognition, power, leverage, etc… isn't compelling for most people, because most people aren't (and don't want to be) contrived, inauthentic, or artificial.

So you should build an incredible personal brand because if you can feel authentic while doing amazing things, then… you must *be* amazing! And that's pretty cool.
